Students and Staff in Pres are continuing in their commitment to work to care for our planet in a great number of ways. Over the last week or two the garden club have a new wormery box. Food waste from the school will turn into organic compost http://foodwaste.ie ! They are also setting bulbs for graduation day. Ms. Sheehy's 1st Year Geography crew attempted to build earthquake proof structures. They had to first buy materials through trading marbles. They learned how differing economies can react and prepare for earthquakes. Congrats to the students who led a no idling pledge for Clean Air Week. Congrats also to their teachers Ms Cronin and Ms Mo O’Connor.
