Notice from Bus Éireann
Under the terms of the Post-Primary School Transport Scheme, children are eligible for school transport where they reside not less than 4.8 kilometres from and are attending their nearest school as determined by the Department/Bus Éireann, having regard to ethos and language.
Applications for school transport can be made online at www.buseireann.ie/schooltransportand must be submitted before the last Friday in April . It is important that applications for school transport are made on time as late applicants are not guaranteed a service under the terms of the scheme.
