Parental Partnership
As a school we are cognisant of the important role parents and guardians have as their child’s primary educator and we strive to develop such partnerships to provide the necessary support and advice where possible to all our parents/guardians. Such relationship and communications are essential to ensure our students reach their full potential.
Parental involvement in Presentation Tralee can encompass all aspects of school life from formal structures like the Board of Management, the Parents Association, Policy Review Committees and through to more hands-on voluntary roles within the school day. It goes without saying that our school could not function to its maximum potential without the support and involvement of our parents and guardians. All parental involvement in school life is undertaken in the full understanding of the professional role of the teacher in the classroom and the formal education of the child. The safety of all students in our care is paramount and the school does its best to ensure its compliance with the Child Protection Procedures for Post Primary Schools.
