Mrs O’Connors 6th Year Religion class are organising the Shoebox Appeal for Hope. The girls have been busy covering shoeboxes kindly donated by Wash Bros. The girls decided that they would ask the first years to work in pairs to produce a filled shoe box. The second years have been asked to bring in small toys. The 3rd Years toiletries , the 4th Years packets of sweets. The 5th Years Stationary items and the 6th Years small items of clothing.
It’s hard to think about Christmas so early but in order to ship our shoeboxes to Africa and Eastern Europe in time for Christmas, they have to reach the depot by the 9th November.
Please make sure your daughter gets involved in this worthwhile cause. Help us to put a smile on a child’s face 😀
